RiseSmart Marketing/Sales Collateral:
RiseSmart’s content creation process suffered from a lack of standardized templates and brand guidelines resulting in mismatched collateral pieces and slow turnaround time of deliverables. To improve turnaround time for new sales and marketing collateral we established a template system that would speed up production, assist in the management of sales and marketing collateral and unite assets under the newly rebranded RiseSmart brand for consistent and streamlined deliverables.
The launch of RiseSmart Spotlight created the perfect opportunity to establish the new template system. Together with our content manager, product team leads and influential sales RVP’s we identified the required assets our sales team would need to sell to both new and existing clients. This collaboration resulted in 3 key pieces of collateral: RiseSmart Spotlight Overview Datasheet, Spotlight Technology Datasheet, and Spotlight Services Datasheets. These datasheets became the cornerstone and jumping off point for developing and designing our templates.
As a result of utilizing our new and improved template system we were able to:
- streamline the content creation process
- drastically reduce the time content was in design production
- better identify and categorize content into preexisting categories, improving the content management system and resource library organization
- Move away from a very reactive process to one that more planning, helping Marketing Team deliver on quarterly goals.
